The BMW 1 Series in the sedan body is a compact entry-level premium sedan created for the Chinese market. It is a front-wheel-drive model in the F52 body, assembled by the joint venture "BMW Brilliance" (华晨宝马) in Shenyang; the European 1 Series hatchback was not officially sold in the PRC. Our stock features 120i versions with a 1.5-liter three-cylinder turbo engine rated at 136 hp (100 kW), a 7-speed dual-clutch (7-DCT) and front-wheel drive. The M Sport package adds an aerodynamic body kit and sporty styling. For a private individual the 136 hp version fits within the reduced recycling-fee threshold (up to 160 hp).
