Consent Texts and Their Versions

English translation for convenience. The Russian version prevails in case of any discrepancy.

This document has been prepared for legal review (see docs/legal/risk-register.md R-2). ⚠️ The wording of the consents and the version numbers are tied to the text_version field of the consent log (migration 0027): changing a consent text is a new version with a bumped number and a separate decision, not an edit of the existing one.

This document stores the exact wording of the consents shown to the user and their version history. Each change of text = a new version with its own anchor. A record in the consents log references a specific version.

Set of consents (current version):

• Consent to the processing of personal data — mandatory;
• Acceptance of the Terms of Use — mandatory;
• Consent to mailings — optional;
• Consent to passing data to an intermediary — on the request form;
• Consents to cookies — via the cookie banner;
• Consent to subscription auto-renewal — at checkout.

Consent to the processing of personal data {#data-processing}

I consent to the processing of my personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy.

Mandatory for registration. Basis — Art. 9 of 152-FZ.

Acceptance of the Terms of Use {#terms-acceptance}

I accept the Terms of Use.

Mandatory for registration. Contract-offer.

Consent to mailings {#marketing}

I consent to receiving informational and promotional messages by email.

Optional. Default off (38-FZ).

Consent to passing data to an intermediary {#third-party-transfer}

I consent to passing my contact details to the intermediary {intermediary name} for communication regarding the selected car.

Requested on the lead form. A specific recipient is indicated (no "to any intermediary"). A subsequent withdrawal does not cancel transfers that have already taken place.

Consents to cookies {#cookies}

• cookies_analytics — analytics cookies (Yandex Metrica).
• cookies_marketing — reserved, not used in the MVP.

Requested via the cookie banner. Default off.

Consent to subscription auto-renewal {#subscription-auto-renewal}

I consent to the auto-renewal of the subscription. I understand that the fee will be charged automatically at the start of each period. It can be canceled at any time in the personal account.

An optional checkbox at subscription checkout. Default off (Art. 16.1 of the RF Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights").

Version history

• 2026-05-22-v1 — initial version (created together with the implementation of ADR-0006).

Older versions will be added here while preserving the anchors — records in the database reference specific versions and do not lose context.
