Our mission
The market of cars from China is closed off by a language barrier and opaque pricing. PILICAR gathers current listings into a single catalog and turns them into a picture the buyer can understand: how much the car costs in yuan and how much its import into Russia will cost, including duty, the recycling fee and logistics.
Who we are
PILICAR is an information platform. We do not sell cars and are not a party to the transaction. Our job is to provide accurate information for the decision: a live catalog, an approximate cost estimate and a connection to an intermediary who runs the deal.

Our principles
Honest estimate
The turnkey cost is approximate: it depends on duty and recycling-fee rates and the CBR exchange rate on the day of clearance. We always show a disclaimer and never present the estimate as a final price.
Power verification
The reduced recycling fee for individuals depends on engine power. We read the power from the car's documents rather than from marketing figures — and where the data is not confirmed, we honestly mark it as "power to be confirmed".
