The essentials
What does “to Ussuriysk” mean?
The car is delivered to the temporary storage warehouse in Ussuriysk and not yet cleared. Under Incoterms® 2020 this is DAP Ussuriysk. The buyer pays the duty, the recycling fee and the Russian paperwork.
Who sells the car?
The exporter in China sells it directly to the buyer. Money for the car doesn’t pass through PILICAR: we charge only for our own services.
Which plan should I pick?
One car a month — Pay-as-you-go, 30,000 ₽. Two — Start or Pro, both come to 50,000 ₽. From three cars Pro is cheaper: 50,000 ₽ a month for any number of cars.
When can I sign up?
Subscriptions are provided under contract once our legal entity is registered. For now we’re building a waitlist and recruiting intermediaries for the supply pilot.
