Zeekr 001

The Zeekr 001 is a battery-electric sedan of the executive class, offered by the Chinese brand Zeekr on its domestic market. It has been built since 2021 and is still in production.

The range splits into 26 versions, all of them electric. Motor output starts at 200 kW, or 272 hp, and reaches 680 kW, or 924 hp; the gap follows the driveline, because part of the line-up runs a single motor at the rear and drives the rear wheels, while the rest carries two motors and all-wheel drive. There is no multi-speed gearbox: a single-speed reduction gear passes torque to the wheels.

Battery packs differ almost as widely, from 86 to 140 kWh, and the quoted driving range falls between 526 and 1,032 km depending on the version.

The body measures 4,970 to 4,977 mm long, 1,999 mm wide and 1,533 to 1,560 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 3,005 mm and seating for 5. Factory prices are listed from 259,000 to 403,000 yuan, which is the spread between the entry versions and the top of the line-up.

On power the whole series sits above the 58.84 kW mark, and none of the 26 versions falls below it. Sales over 12 months came to 37,510 cars.
