A large SUV with a six-seat cabin, the Xpeng GX has been built for the Chinese market since 2026. Sales in China over 12 months came to 14,023 cars of the series.
The range holds 8 versions and output runs from 270 to 430 kW, roughly 367 to 585 hp. A single-speed reduction gear takes the drive in every case. Some cars use one motor at the rear and drive the rear axle; others carry two motors and drive both. The 58.84 kW mark, equal to 80 hp, is cleared by all 8 versions.
Powertrains come in two kinds. Part of the range is purely electric, part is extended-range, with an engine of 1,499 cc, about 1.5 litres, quoted to the China 6 emission standard. Battery capacity differs considerably, from 63.3 to 110 kWh, and claimed range from 430 to 750 km.
One body serves the whole line-up: 5,265 mm long, 1,999 mm wide and 1,800 mm tall, on a 3,115 mm wheelbase, so nothing separates the versions on size — the differences lie in the powertrain and in output. Factory prices run from 279,800 to 359,800 yuan.
