Wuling Xingguang 730星光730

The Xingguang 730 is a compact Wuling minivan powered by a combustion engine. It is assembled by SAIC-GM-Wuling and addressed to buyers on the domestic Chinese market.

The range has one engine: 1,498 cc, about 1.5 litres, rated at 130 kW, or roughly 177 hp. It works with a CVT and sends drive to the front wheels, and emissions are certified to the China 6 standard. Engine, transmission and driven axle are identical across the line-up.

The body measures 4,910 mm long and 1,850 mm wide on a 2,910 mm wheelbase. Height is listed between 1,760 and 1,770 mm, the only dimension that shifts between versions. All 3 versions seat 7, and no other seating layout is offered.

Factory prices spread from 73,000 to 91,800 yuan, and that is with the mechanical package shared by every version: since engine, transmission and driven axle are common to the entry car and the top one, the price gap rests on something other than the drivetrain. The series has been built since 2025, and Chinese sales over 12 months came to 25,779 cars. On power all 3 versions stand above the 117.68 kW mark, with none below it.
