The Volkswagen Tacqua is a compact crossover for the Chinese market, produced from 2020 to 2023. Built at the FAW-VW plant, it was offered exclusively with front-wheel drive.
The Tacqua was powered by internal combustion engines with displacements ranging from 1197 to 1498 cc and outputs from 83 to 110 kW. The lineup used the EA211-DJS, EA211-DLS and EA211-DMB units. Transmissions included a six-speed automatic and a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission with dry clutches.
