The smart #3 is a compact SUV from a European marque, offered on the Chinese market since 2023. The range is fully electric from end to end, with no combustion version listed anywhere in it.

Motor output spreads widely across the line-up, from 200 to 315 kW, or roughly 272 to 428 hp. The dividing line inside the family is the drive layout: some versions are rear-wheel drive with the motor at the back, others use two motors for all-wheel drive. There is no gearbox in the usual sense; a single-speed reduction gear handles the drive.

Battery capacity ranges from 49 to 66 kWh, and the quoted range falls between 415 and 580 km.

One body shape serves the whole family: 4,400 mm long, 1,844 mm wide and 1,556 mm tall, with a 2,785 mm wheelbase and seating for five.

The price list is long for a car of this size, 14 versions between 164,900 and 289,900 yuan at factory prices, with motor, battery and equipment all moving together as the price climbs. Every version sits above the 58.84 kW mark and none below. Chinese sales over the past 12 months came to 3,057 cars.
