Nissan NX8

The Nissan NX8 is a large crossover assembled by Dongfeng Nissan for the Chinese domestic market, where 15,465 cars of the series were sold over the past 12 months.

The series has been built since 2026 and splits from the outset into two kinds of powertrain: fully electric, and electric with a combustion engine added to extend range. That engine is a single unit of 1,497 cc, or 1.5 litres, coded NR15T; the emission standard is China 6.

Output across the range runs from 195 to 250 kW, or 265 to 340 hp. Every version uses a single-speed reduction gear and rear-wheel drive, with the motor mounted at the rear.

Battery capacity spans 20.3 to 81 kWh and quoted range 150 to 650 km. The gap in both figures is what separates one kind of version from the other.

The body measures 4,870 mm in length, 1,920 mm in width and 1,680 mm in height, on a wheelbase of 2,917 mm, and every version seats 5. Factory prices run from 159,900 to 209,900 yuan, covering all 8 entries in the price list.
