The NIO ET5 is a mid-size electric sedan sold on the Chinese domestic market. Over the past 12 months 10,951 cars of the series found buyers in China.
The series has been in production since 2022 and is still current. Output is identical across the range at 360 kW, or 489 hp, with no spread between versions at all. The driveline is equally uniform: a single-speed reduction gear and all-wheel drive with two electric motors.
What separates the versions is the battery, which ranges from 75 to 150 kWh. Quoted range is spread just as widely, from 560 to 1,000 km.
Body dimensions are the same for every version: 4,790 mm long, 1,960 mm wide and 1,499 mm tall, on a wheelbase of 2,888 mm. The proportions are low and broad, and all versions seat 5.
Factory prices run from 298,000 to 356,000 yuan, and all 13 entries in the price list fall inside that corridor. With one output figure and one body, the choice within the series comes down to battery size and quoted range.
