NIO ES6

The ES6 is a mid-size electric crossover that the Chinese brand NIO builds for its home market. The series has been around for years and is still in production.

All 27 versions drive both axles through two electric motors and a single-speed reduction gear. Output is high by any measure — 320 to 400 kW, roughly 435 to 544 hp — and the gap between the weakest and the strongest step is felt even at that level.

Batteries differ across the line, from 70 to 100 kWh, and quoted range sits between 420 and 650 km. The dimensions shift slightly from version to version: 4,850 to 4,854 mm long, 1,965 to 1,995 mm wide, 1,703 to 1,758 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,900 to 2,915 mm. Seating is for five.

The ES6 has been built since 2019. Factory prices are spread wide, from 338,000 to 554,000 yuan, and Chinese sales over the past 12 months came to 23,766 cars.
