MG 4
SedanCommercial feeThe model description is for reference. Real listings from our partners are below.
The MG4 is a compact electric car from a European marque, built by SAIC and sold in China. Not a single version uses a combustion engine, while motor output and driven axles differ sharply from one end of the range to the other.
The spread of output is unusually wide for a compact body: from 120 kW, about 163 hp, on entry cars to 315 kW, roughly 428 hp, at the top. All 20 versions of the price list stand above the 58.84 kW threshold. Drive goes either to the rear wheels or to all four through two motors, and a single-speed reducer takes the place of a multi-speed gearbox.
Body dimensions shift a little between versions: length from 4,287 to 4,395 mm, width either 1,836 or 1,842 mm, height from 1,516 to 1,551 mm, and a wheelbase of 2,705 to 2,750 mm. Every car seats 5.
Batteries hold from 42.8 to 64 kWh, with quoted range from 415 to 530 km. The factory price list stretches from 68,800 to 186,800 yuan, and what most clearly separates its two ends is the motor. The MG4 has been built since 2022, and Chinese sales over 12 months reached 135,373 cars.
