The Vito is a large MPV that Mercedes-Benz offers on the Chinese domestic market, with drive to the rear axle and a long price list of 34 entries. Sales over the past 12 months came to 5,888 cars.
Two engines of nearly the same size serve the range, 1,991 and 1,999 cc, both about 2.0 litres, with output between 155 and 170 kW, or roughly 211 to 231 hp. Every version is an automatic, and part of the list uses a 9-speed unit. Hybrid versions stand next to plain combustion ones, and the emission standard is China 6.
One body carries the whole series: 5,370 mm long, 1,928 mm wide, 1,880 mm tall, on a wheelbase of 3,430 mm. What changes is the cabin, which comes in three counts of seats: 7, 8 and 9.
Factory prices run from 289,800 to 386,800 yuan across that long list. The van has been built since 2010 and is still in production, one of the longest-running series the brand keeps in China. On output the whole range sits above the 117.68 kW mark, or 160 hp, with no version below it at any point in the list.
