Kia Forte福瑞迪

The Forte is a Kia passenger series that was sold on the Chinese domestic market and is no longer built. Cars carrying the name still show up in Chinese sales figures.

The car belongs to the compact class, the rung between small city models and mid-size sedans. It is the familiar family format: adults fit in the back, while the exterior dimensions still work in heavy traffic.

The body is a three-box sedan — engine bay, cabin and a separate boot with its own lid. Against a hatchback of the same length, the luggage area is closed off from the cabin rather than continuing it.

The series was built from 2009 to 2019, and no later cars carried the name, so only used examples are in circulation.

Sales in China over the past 12 months came to 7,819 cars.
