Hyundai Sonata索纳塔

The Hyundai Sonata is a mid-size sedan for the Chinese market, in production since 2004. It is built at the Beijing Hyundai plant and offered with internal combustion engines and front-wheel drive.

The Sonata lineup spans engines from 1497 to 1975 cc, with power ranging from 125 to 184 kW. Transmission choices include automatic gearboxes, including eight-speed units, as well as dual-clutch transmissions, including seven-speed versions with dry clutches.

The sedan measures 4945 to 4955 mm in length, 1860 mm in width and 1445 to 1450 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2875 to 2890 mm. The cabin seats five. The model complies with the China-6 emission standard.

All 23 versions deliver power above the 117.68 kW threshold. Prices in China start at 139,800 yuan and reach 205,800 yuan. Over the past 12 months, sales of the model on the Chinese market totalled 11,805 units.
