Geely Galaxy Xingyao 8银河星耀8

The Xingyao 8 is an executive-class sedan with a plug-in hybrid drivetrain built by Geely for the Chinese domestic market. Sales over the past 12 months came to 64,812 cars.

Displacement is the same across the series at 1,499 cc (1.5 litres), but output is not: it ranges from 82 to 120 kW, roughly 111 to 163 hp, and that is what separates the trims. The emission rating is China 6.

Traction battery capacity runs from 8.5 to 28.3 kWh, and declared electric range is quoted between 60 and 225 km, so the extremes of the line are some way apart on these two counts.

Dimensions are 5,018 mm long, 1,918 mm wide and 1,480 mm tall, on a 2,928 mm wheelbase. Seating is for 5, one layout throughout, which means the choice is made on the powertrain rather than on cabin capacity.

The range holds 11 versions priced by the factory between 125,800 and 172,800 yuan, built since 2025. The engine codes listed for it are BHE15-BFN, BHE15-BFZ and BHE15-CFZ. The 117.68 kW mark divides the line unevenly: 8 versions stay below it and 3 sit above.
