GAC Trumpchi Trumpchi Empow影豹

The GAC Trumpchi Empow is a compact sedan for the Chinese market, in production since 2021. It is offered with hybrid and internal-combustion powertrains, front-wheel drive and five seats.

The Empow lineup combines internal-combustion engines with hybrid versions. Output ranges from 103 to 195 kW, with engine displacement between 1497 and 1999 cc. Gearbox choices include an automatic, an eight-speed automatic, and wet dual-clutch transmissions, among them a seven-speed unit. Drive is front-wheel only.

The sedan body measures 4700 to 4753 mm in length, 1850 mm in width, 1432 to 1440 mm in height, with a 2736 mm wheelbase. Hybrid versions carry a 2.1 kWh traction battery. The car meets the China-6 emission standard.

The price list contains 25 versions in total. Relative to the 117.68 kW threshold, two versions fall below it and 23 sit above. Prices range from 98,300 to 158,000 yuan.
