The UNI-Z is Changan's compact crossover for the Chinese domestic market, in production since 2025. Every version in the range relies on the same kind of powertrain, an internal combustion engine.
The mechanical set is shared across the range: a 1,494 cc engine, close to 1.5 litres, a wet dual-clutch transmission with 7 speeds, and front-wheel drive. Versions differ in output, which runs from 110 to 141 kW, roughly 150 to 192 hp. All of them carry the China 6 emission rating.
The body seats 5. It measures 4,730 mm in length and 1,890 mm in width, on a wheelbase of 2,795 mm. Height is the one exterior figure that is not fixed within the series, ranging from 1,660 to 1,680 mm.
The factory price list holds 8 versions, spanning 99,900 to 124,900 yuan. Against the 117.68 kW mark the range is split unevenly: 1 version stays below it and 7 sit above, so the weakest version stands apart from the rest on more than price alone.
