Buick Zhijing E7至境E7

The Zhijing E7 is a mid-size plug-in hybrid crossover assembled by SAIC-GM Buick and sold to customers inside China. Over the past 12 months the series accounted for 20,696 sales there.

Three trim levels make up the range, and what separates them is output rather than engine size. All of them share the same combustion engine of 1,498 cc, about 1.5 litres, certified to the China 6 emissions standard. Rated output moves from 72 to 115 kW, or roughly 98 to 156 hp.

Battery capacity is identical throughout at 32.6 kWh, while quoted range is given as either 230 or 235 km — a token difference between versions. The body does not vary at all: 4,850 mm long, 1,910 mm wide and 1,676 mm tall, on a 2,850 mm wheelbase, with 5 seats inside in every case.

Factory prices run from 159,900 to 199,900 yuan, and the car has been built since 2026; with the body and the battery identical throughout, the pricing ladder rests on output. Against the 117.68 kW mark, which is the same figure as 160 hp, the range falls short as a whole: all 3 versions sit below it, none above.
