东风奕派 eπ008

The eπ008 is a large crossover for the Chinese market, offered both as a full electric vehicle and as a series hybrid. Cabin layouts differ by version: some seat 5, others 6.

The series has been in production since 2024. Drive goes to the rear axle from a rear-mounted motor, and there is no multi-speed gearbox — a single-speed reduction gear handles the job. Electric output ranges from 200 to 230 kW, roughly 272 to 313 hp. Hybrid versions add a combustion engine of 1,497 cc, about 1.5 litres, and the declared emission standard is China 6.

The body is 5,002 mm long, 1,972 mm wide and 1,732 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 3,025 mm, and those figures hold for every entry in the range: the line grows in hardware, not in size. Battery capacity varies considerably, from 34.3 to 82.3 kWh, and the claimed driving range spans 202 to 636 km.

Factory prices for the 48 versions run from 169,900 to 229,800 yuan. Every version of the line sits above the 58.84 kW mark, and none falls below it. Chinese sales over the past 12 months amounted to 23,204 cars.
