Jinhai Shi is a minivan built for the Chinese market: a tall one-box body, an internal combustion engine and rear-wheel drive. It is a utility vehicle of the kind used in China for delivery runs, shuttle duty and mixed cargo work.

Several engines appear in the price list. Displacement runs from 1499 to 1988 cc, or 1.5 to 2.0 litres, and output from 82 to 110 kW, which corresponds to 111 and 150 hp at the ends of the range. The factory designations found here are SWD15F, SWD16F, SWE20F and SWEC20F, and the range is certified to the China 6 emission standard.

Length and width are shared across the line-up at 4890 mm and 1700 mm, on a wheelbase of 3185 mm. Height is what varies, from 1995 to 2180 mm, so both a standard and a raised roof are on offer. Interiors are configured for the job at hand: 2, 5, 6, 7 or 9 seats.

Factory prices run from 60,900 to 105,900 yuan, a wide gap between the plainest configuration and the fully passenger-carrying one. The model has been in production since 2024, and 13,051 units were sold in China over 12 months.
