Leapmotor C11

The C11 is a mid-size crossover from Leapmotor sold in China both as a battery-electric car and as a series hybrid. Over 12 months 82,613 of them found buyers on the domestic market.

Output across the range runs from 200 to 400 kW, roughly 272 to 544 hp. Series-hybrid versions add a combustion engine of 1,199 to 1,499 cc rated to the China 6 emission standard. Every version uses a single-speed reduction gear, and the layout is either rear-wheel drive with the motor at the back or all-wheel drive with two electric motors.

The battery is where versions diverge most, from 30.1 to 90 kWh, with a quoted range of 180 to 650 km. The body hardly moves: length 4,750 to 4,780 mm, width 1,905 mm, height 1,658 to 1,675 mm, a wheelbase of 2,930 mm and five seats. Factory prices fall between 143,800 and 239,800 yuan, and the series has been built since 2021.

None of the 41 versions drops below the 58.84 kW threshold. The badge alone still says little: output, battery capacity and quoted range all shift from the entry version to the top one, and each of the three moves a long way.
