The A4L is the long-wheelbase (LWB) Chinese variant of the A4: the wheelbase is increased to 2908 mm versus 2820 mm on the global A4, giving more second-row space. The Audi A4L is the long-wheelbase (LWB) version of the B9-generation A4 executive sedan, which the FAW-Audi joint venture (一汽奥迪) builds for the Chinese market. Relative to the global A4, the wheelbase is extended to 2908 mm, improving rear-passenger space. Our stock has 2018-2022 sedans with a single petrol engine: the turbocharged 2.0 TFSI (EA888 family) rated at 190 hp (140 kW), the 40 TFSI trim, paired with a 7-speed S tronic dual-clutch transmission. Both front-wheel-drive and quattro all-wheel-drive versions are available. The range's only engine develops 190 hp (140 kW), which exceeds the reduced-rate power threshold, so the reduced recycling-fee rate for an individual importing for personal use does not apply to this model. It is imported from China as an alternative to the European A4 with a longer wheelbase.
